Are we a good fit? Schedule a 15-minute call to discuss your training goals.

After going through a few questions about your business and your people, I’ll explain how I work and what my process is. This is a no-pressure call. I’m not trying to sell you anything!

If we are both excited to move forward, the next step is TreadPath.

Step 2

TreadPath

The best way to grow as a business leader is to empower your people through a well-designed training strategy. This is why I always start with TreadPath.

During this 2-hour session, we will delve into your training needs and goals by following a proven model of analysis and evaluation. Afterward, I’ll provide you with the following:

  • a customized strategy designed to the solve problem identified and move you closer to your business goals

  • a clear path forward that leads to the development and implementation of the strategy

From there, you will be able to implement the strategy yourself if you so desire. Otherwise, you can hire me to build it out for you, in which case the cost of TreadPath gets applied to your TreadStep package.

Step 3

TreadStep

This is where the rubber hits the road. I’ll help your training strategy come to life. Deliverables can include (but are not limited to) e-learning materials, assessments, checklists, job aids, facilitator guides, and slide decks.

To ensure we start with a well-designed training strategy and aren’t spinning our wheels, TreadPath always precedes TreadStep.
